And what’s particularly striking is that Trump is oblivious to it all—the uproar he hears is of approval to his stopped ears.

I think ALL of Trump’s honeymoons have been “nasty, brutish and short.” (Nice, on point description!)

After Biden and Obama’s steady destruction of a once great USA 🇺🇸. I don’t think so! Those who are being dismantled are those who are quite happy to screw America. Can’t be trashed soon enough! Don’t think I’ll be be following YOU 👋

Feel free to follow anybody you like. It's a free country 🇺🇸 and Substack is a wide-ranging platform. Lots of great options, and if I'm not a writer for you, that's okay! But before you head out, I suggest you do your own research. I've found that many of those who are "being dismantled" are in very red states doing non-partisan jobs like securing nuclear missiles, conducting medical research, and managing national parks. The net effect is creating chaos that's affecting Trump's polling numbers.

Obama once said about policy and programs, "Don't do stupid stuff." Biden et al. spent the last 4 years doing stupid stuff, from opening the borders, to the Afghanistan withdrawal, to pushing a bizarre gender ideology. I like everything Trump is doing, and undoing. Government needed to shrink, and there will be a little chaos along the way.

Thanks for your thoughtful comment.

All three of the things you referenced above contributed to Biden's downfall, but none more than Afghanistan. His polling numbers never recovered. As for Trump, the way this is being executed is starting to get the stupid vibe, regardless of the intent.

In both cases I think both presidents had, policy differences I have with each of them aside, good intentions but the rollouts added up to chaos and unforced errors. Trump's polling numbers are declining quicker because the chaos is coming sooner.
