We wanted to corroborate the stories of the victims because so often they are dismissed as “child prostitutes”.

Very common knowlege that abusers often try to change the narrative by claiming the victim is either a liar or crazy. We must not believe these monsters! By telling a victim that it “never happened” is like telling a soldier coming home from a war that they were never there, or never fought. Let’s get smart about this.
